MY FINAL THOUGHTS ON ANIMAL TESTING

Well where do I start.... I suppose everyone has their own thoughts on a topic like this. I myself think it is a horrible cruel thing to do.

These innocent animals get tortured and chemicals put into their bodies all for the purpose of us humans. We are the ones wanting these products so why not test it on us?. I saw images of a rabbit with eyeliner on, it doesn't need to wear eyeliner everyday like some women, but instead it goes through the testing procedure and pain of the chemicals reacting in order for women to be able to wear it. I'm sure there can be some other solution to get away from testing on animals like say someone dies they donate their organs right; Well why can't we use some of their parts for testing? It's just the same as donating your organs, they don't need them anymore. Does anyone else agree? or have another method of testing products, NOT including animals?

On a happier note I must say though animal testing has cut down a lot over the years, but I would like to see each and every product with the label on the back saying "Not Tested On Animals"

  1. Hey Kels i totaly agree with you!
Animal testing is wrong! what have these poor animals done to deserve to be treated like that! i think that if we humans want to use all this stuff then it should be tested on us!
those pictures you have posted are truly heart breaking and i teared up watching the video. This is such a good topic for you to let everyone know about how bad it really is.

Do u no if they do animal testing in NZ? do they do it all over the world? just something i was thinking about while reading this. Good Job!

  2. Hey hayz!!!!

I know tell me about it i couldn't agree more if we need these products then test it on us, the animals don't need make up! The video and pictures are very heartbreaking i thought i would put them up on my blog like you said to show how bad it really is.

Now for your question about do the animal test in NZ the answer to that is yes. Ways to support being against animal testing in NZ you can *Buy organic and free range food products * Write letters to those practicing factory farming and animal testing. You can read more about NZ animal testing at.....

  3. Hey Kelsey

Your site has such a powerful punch straight off! I nearly clicked away from the site because I am such an animal lover. Hope you don't mind if I call it quits. This subject is just too upsetting for me. Humans have this arrogance that they can do anything to animals just because they can. I can't remember who said this quote, but it runs something like this: You can tell a lot about a society by the way it treats its animals.

Thank you for putting the word out there.

Yes it is very impacting! But this is what i wanted becuase this is something i am so against and i want to show people that it is not ok to test on animals.

And with that quote i could'nt agree more.

    Thanks for the comment,
    Kelsey
